About these terms

These terms apply to the Nika Doren website and the private analytics tool “Nika Doren Analytics.” Nika Doren is a fictional virtual creator. The analytics tool is used to connect authorized social-media accounts and collect performance data for the Nika Doren project.

Authorized use

You may authorize the analytics tool to access only accounts that you own or are permitted to manage. You must not use the tool to access another person’s account or data without permission, interfere with platform security, or violate applicable platform rules or law.

TikTok authorization

TikTok access is provided through TikTok’s authorization system and developer APIs. Permissions are requested on a scope-by-scope basis, and the TikTok user can grant, decline or later revoke those permissions. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies and platform rules.

Private analytics service

Nika Doren Analytics is currently a private/internal tool and is not offered as a general public analytics service. Features may change, stop working or be removed without notice, particularly when third-party APIs or platform policies change.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Nika Doren name, original website copy, project materials and original creative assets are part of the Nika Doren project. Third-party names, trademarks, platforms and content remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

The website and analytics tool are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Analytics may be delayed, incomplete or changed by the underlying platform. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, analytics tool, third-party APIs or platform changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access

Access to the analytics integration may be stopped at any time. TikTok users can revoke authorization using TikTok’s account controls. The operator may also disable an integration if continued access is no longer appropriate, secure or permitted.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the project, integrations or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
