Overview

This policy explains how Nika Doren and the private analytics tool “Nika Doren Analytics” handle information. Nika Doren is a fictional virtual creator. The analytics tool is used to measure the performance of Nika Doren’s authorized social-media accounts.

Information we process

When a TikTok account authorizes Nika Doren Analytics, the tool may process information made available through TikTok’s developer APIs according to the permissions granted by that account. This can include:

• account identifiers such as TikTok Open ID;
• basic profile information such as display name and avatar;
• additional profile information or account statistics when the relevant permissions are granted;
• public post metadata; and
• public post counters such as views, likes, comments and shares.

The tool also processes OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to make authorized API requests.

How we use information

Information is used only to operate the private analytics workflow, monitor content performance, troubleshoot the integration, and make editorial decisions for Nika Doren. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling unrelated users, or selling data.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored as private secrets and are not intentionally committed to public source code. Sanitized analytics snapshots may be stored in a private GitHub repository. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to authorized operators.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate the website, source-code repository, authentication flow or analytics automation. Those providers may include GitHub and Cloudflare. TikTok data is otherwise not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Website data

The public website at nikadoren.com is a static site and does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Standard technical request logs may be processed by the hosting or CDN provider for security and operational purposes.

Retention and deletion

Analytics data is retained only for as long as it is useful for the Nika Doren project or required for legitimate operational purposes. An authorized TikTok user may revoke the app’s access through TikTok. Requests to delete stored data associated with an authorization can also be sent to nikadoren@gmail.com.

Your choices

You can decline requested TikTok permissions or revoke previously granted authorization at any time using TikTok’s account controls. Revocation stops future API access, subject to TikTok’s platform behavior and any lawful retention requirements.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the project, integrations or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
